Alpha Reporting and Video is a locally owned litigation support company that provides stenographers (court reporters), legal video, and trial support to attorneys in the Springfield and Joplin area.

Job Description: The Schedule Coordinator would understand the details of maintaining a busy calendar/schedule. A good, kind, happy, voice and attitude are required for this position, as you would be interacting with our clients regularly.

Responsibilities:

· Coordinate with clients to schedule depositions via email and phone

· Maintain professional communication via phone and email

· Confirm the schedule with clients each day

· Responsible for the daily deposit

· Scans and uploads exhibits

· Sets up Zoom for remote depositions

· Prepares conference rooms for depositions

Hours:

· 35-40 hours per week

· 8:30am to 5:00pm

Requirements:

· Experience with Microsoft Office Outlook

· Customer Service experience

· Strong organization skills and attention to detail

· Comfortable with virtual technology

· Dependable Attendance is a MUST

Job Type: Full-time
