Position Purpose:
Our Hospital Staffing / Scheduling Coordinator will be performing a wide range of clerical and administrative duties specific to the needs of Nursing Managers.
What you will do:
* Develops and posts schedules while assisting with the staffing of the Nursing Department.
* Maintains accurate timekeeping records and assists with payroll responsibilities in Kronos.
* Ensures accurate licensure information for temporary staff (travelers and pool RN's) in all assigned departments.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Must have a High School Diploma.
* Must have clerical/administrative experience. Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred.
* Must have hospital scheduling or equivalent experience.
* Must be computer literate. Word processing experience is preferred.
