Position Overview:

As the Client Success Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing both projects and people within our organization. You will be responsible for leading and ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of solar projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong project management skills, leadership abilities, and a proven track record of success in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of account managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and achievement of project goals.
  • Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of solar projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, procurement, and installation teams, to drive seamless project delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the project team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in client success, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
  • Proven experience managing and leading teams, with a strong focus on accountability, performance management, and employee development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
  • High level of responsibility, integrity, and professionalism.
