Senior Manager -Client Support

What does a great Senior Manager- Client Support do at Fiserv?

You will provide vision and oversight to our Client Implementation and Relationship Management team; ongoing account management to new and existing clients. You'll build and maintain relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for business growth, and resolving complaints.

What you will do:

* Drive client satisfaction by maintaining overall operational relationship for clients as the key point of contact for researching and resolving issues.
* Drive greater visibility across the business of a customer's priorities and objectives, drive projects and serve as a liaison between the customer and internal teams.
* Establish department functional strategic plans and objectives.
* Develop method, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and people.

What you need to have:

* 4 years college degree or equivalent work/education/military experience
* 5 years Relationship Management experience
* 4 years Project Management/Process Improvement experience
* 10 years of Leadership experience (people management experience preferred)
* Strong experience in process improvement / change management

What would be great to have:

* Payment industry experience
* Experience with Point of Sales Hardware Solutions.
* Six Sigma experience

This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, Hawaii, New York or Washington.
