We're Hiring: Customer Success Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to help us manage and grow our customer relationships, improve operations, and ensure a seamless experience across various functions. This is an entry level data entry/sales position with the potential to grow into a bigger role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create Weekly K12 Price & Deal Lists: Produce clean, organized lists that are easy to share with customers.
  • Special Projects:
    • FFVP Allocation for 2024-2025 School Year
    • Support Local Programs & Summer Feeding for SFAs
    • Assist with Foodbank initiatives, including paperwork and appointment scheduling.
  • Customer Outreach: Establish initial contact with customers to set up meetings and ensure satisfaction.
  • Rebate Programs Management: Handle K12 rebate programs, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Vendor System Setup: Assist in setting up new items in vendor systems (Broadliners).
  • Pricing & Substitutions: Send pricing information to customers and manage substitutions effectively.
  • Collaboration with Sales: Promote education & marketing programs alongside our sales team to ensure program success.
  • Excess Product Management: Help push out excess product and manage inventory levels.
  • Handling Inbound Calls: Manage calls from truckers and walk-in customers with a professional, customer-first attitude.
  • Packing & Sample Handling: Prepare product samples for customers as needed.
  • Order Entry: Accurately input orders and maintain data integrity.
  • Support During Absences: Be ready to help cover tasks and provide continuity when team members are out.
  • Learning & Development: Take on smaller accounts and manage them fully for training purposes.
