Basic Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Minimum of (5) five years of work experience in an administrative/executive assistant role required.
* Minimum of (5) five years of work experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
* Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Job Purpose and Scope:

Under general direction, provides administrative and professional support as directed by the executive management supervisor.

Essential Job Functions:

* Provides all general office functions, which include typing, editing, transcribing, copying, filing, faxing, documenting and distributing correspondence.
* Provides back-up assistance to other officers with preparation (including typing, formatting and data-gathering) and filing of reports.
* Maintains team logistical information such as scheduling, and meeting coordination.
* Coordinates internal and external meetings.
* Coordinates the gathering of information needed for received requests.
* Communicates with internal and external customers to ensure those parties receive excellent customer service at all times.
* Completes special assignments as needed.
* Researches, compiles, and analyzes data for special projects and various reports.
* Answers and directs incoming telephone calls.
* Interacts frequently with members of senior management. Provides assistance to others in the department as needed.
* Maintains confidentiality and exercises discretion with respect to Company and Bank matters, personnel matters, and job duties.
* Maintains good attendance and punctuality to work.
* Follows Bank policy, procedures and guidelines.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

* Comprehensive knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
* Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with all levels of management.
* Ability to multi-task and deal effectively with unexpected events.
* Ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently to prioritize and complete assigned tasks.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with exacting deadlines.
* Ability to work overtime if needed.
* Ability and willingness to follow policies and procedures.
* Ability and willingness to support organizational goals and values.
* Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to absorb new duties and responsibilities.
* Highly skilled in using computer, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
