* Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) in the state of Texas
* Bachelor's degree or Associates degree

* Good communication skills and ability to lead and coordinate with project managers, survey crews and survey technicians

Preferred Requirements:

* Experience in Land Development and/or TXDOT projects and procedures is a plus
* Strong understanding of the Austin and overall Texas market
* Technical proficiency with Trimble Business Center and familiarity with MicroStation or Civil 3D is advantageous
* Active in professional organizations, professional development and mentoring of staff and maintains a network of relationships within the survey profession
