* Review, audit and summarize operational data to create clear, concise executive summaries and presentations.


* Translate data findings into actionable recommendations to management.


* Conduct thorough and accurate data analysis to identify areas for process improvement and operation efficiency.


* Review large data sets to find the root cause of performance trends and indicators.


* Collaborate with business units to gain an in-depth understanding of processes, challenges and strategies to explain issues and recommend solutions.


* Develop and manage reporting and data visualization tools to assist leadership with managing KPIs and making informed decisions.


* Manage analysis and data projects and provide status updates.



Minimum Requirements

* Bachelor's degree.


* At least 5 years of relevant experience.


* Prior experience leading a team of analysts a must.


* Strong Excel, SQL, and Power BI skills a must.


* Excellent communication and organizational skills and with impeccable attention to detail.
