Job Title: Senior Treasury Analyst

Department: Finance

Reports To: Strategic Analysis Manager

Description:

The Senior treasury Analyst works, coordinates with others, and makes tactical decisions, independently, based on protocols established with the Manager. Analyze daily banking activity, manage analytical models, and prepare Cash Dashboard for cash control, Manager’s insights and leadership’s visibility. Control cash amongst accounts by daily planning and executing transfers to achieve target levels. Manage Fraud Manager transactions and daily ad hoc issues based on processes established with Manager. Complete Treasury projects and process revisions by analyzing, proposing, and implementing activities. The Senior Treasury Analyst works in close contact and relation with Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Treasury.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Effectively handle Treasury Operations, managing account balances, transactions processing, visibility, and special projects, including:
  • Daily Treasury Operations – prepare Cash Dashboard, control bank account balances and transfers, process Fraud Manager and other banking transactions, coordinate and process wire transfers and check loads to bank, handle Treasury mail/e-mail,
  • Daily Issues Resolution – research/resolve issues in banking/other systems and coordinating with others,
  • Monthly reporting to accounting of bank account balances, and generating bank statements/reports
  • Special Projects and ad hoc activities, i.e. cash and treasury analysis, bank account updates, banking documents coordination, banking and other systems’ support, develop/implement process changes, etc.
  • Collaborate with associates in other departments, banking and other external contacts, and Manager, to resolve issues, make tactical decisions, and accomplish the role’s requirements,
  • Use Wells Fargo CEO online system extensively to research and process transactions, control balances, make account transfers, wire transfers, load check files, generate reports and statements, etc.; be the internal expert at handling these activities in WF CEO,
  • Use Regional Banks’ and other processors’ online portals to look up information, handle associates’ access issues, and generate reports/statements,
  • Use Excel to manage financial and analytical models, and track transactions and activities effectively,
  • Use Outlook E-mail and Teams Chat to send, receive and respond to questions and issues.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Wells Fargo CEO banking system, or potentially other
  • Excel skills (medium); general computer skills
  • Strong accuracy, attention to detail, critical thinking, confidentiality, reliability, and efficiency, required
  • Ability to research issues and organize tasks, fast learner, ability to thrive in fast-paced setting
  • Good written and oral communication skills, fluent proficiency in English, verbal and written
  • Cooperative, works well with others
  • Self-manage tasks, motivated, “can do” attitude

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Associates degree or some college preferred; or high school diploma/GED depending on experience
  • 2 years of business Treasury office experience,
  • 2 years of experience with Excel data analysis, i.e., in Treasury, Accounting, Payables, or Receivables, etc.
  • Experience effectively making day-to-day banking transactions decisions and reporting
  • Wells Fargo CEO banking system experience strongly preferred, or potentially other banking system

Travel & Hours

  • This position is full-time, hybrid - 3 days based out of Irving corporate office
