The Corporate Treasury team is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Senior Finance Analyst. This position is integral to the Treasury Technology Team within Corporate Treasury, a vibrant global organization that utilizes expertise in essential Treasury functions while integrating technology and innovative strategies to deliver valuable services across the Caterpillar enterprise.

This role will be pivotal in advancing the Caterpillar Global Finance Strategy by employing digital tools to standardize and streamline Treasury operations, as well as identifying opportunities for optimizing Treasury applications.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Providing support for Treasury applications to ensure system availability, resolving end-user issues, managing security access, and maintaining static data.
  • Collaborating closely with Treasury Process Owners to create innovative solutions that address their process and technology requirements.
  • Configuring and testing new solutions within Treasury applications, while coordinating user acceptance testing with end users.
  • Developing and sustaining the Treasury system control environment, partnering with both internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with control requirements.
  • Leading various technology projects within Corporate Treasury that align with Caterpillar's Global Finance Strategy.
  • Acting as a key technical resource for the Quantum Treasury Management System Upgrade.
Essential Skills Required:
  • Proficient in Accuracy and Attention to Detail.
  • Basic Understanding of Communicating Complex Concepts.
  • Extensive Experience in Problem Solving.
  • Basic Understanding of Relationship Management.
  • Extensive Experience in Planning and Organizing.
  • Interest in the financial technology sector.
  • Experience with Treasury Management Systems and applications.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or information technology.
  • 4+ years of progressively responsible experience in finance or information systems.
  • Strong analytical, technical, communication, and process management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain robust working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
