Celebrating my 40th anniversary with State Farm this year After starting as an agent in 1984 and working in leadership across several states, I returned to agency in TN in 2010. Our team, currently five full-time and three part-time members, is dedicated to making a positive impact within our community and supporting each other’s success.

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
