Responsibilities:

* Assisting the store manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
* Take command when the manager is absent
* Responsible for the store's well-being and employees' safety when the manager is absent.

Customer Service:

* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by consistently delivering excellent service.
* Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
* Train and coach staff on customer service best practices.
* Customer is always right mentality

Training and Development:

* Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees on Dunkin policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
* Identify and nurture talent within the team for potential advancement.

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the food and beverage industry.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Familiarity with Dunkin brand standards and products.
* Basic understanding of financial principles and budget management.
* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
* Math/Writing skills

Education and Experience:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Previous experience in a managerial role in a similar industry is an asset.
