Job Title: Caregiver
Schedule: 2 Options
Afternoon Caregiver: Sunday - Thursday 2-10 p.m.
OR
Morning Caregiver: Sunday – Thursday 6-2:00 p.m.
Hourly Rate: $18.50 - $20/hour depending on experience
We are seeking a compassionate and flexible in scheduling Caregiver to join our team. The Caregiver will be responsible for providing essential care and support to individuals in need, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Assist with bed making
- Transport clients to appointments, errands, or outings
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure client confidentiality
- Handle tasks related to Dementia care and Long term care
- Support individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily routines
- Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals as needed
Skills:
- Ability to clean and maintain a hygienic environment
- Proficient in lifting and transferring clients safely
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and privacy practices
- Experience in nursing or caregiving roles preferred
- Familiarity with Dementia care and Long term care practices
- Proficiency in assisting with ADLs
- Valid driver's license with the ability to drive clients when necessary
- Understanding of working with people with developmental disabilities
- Previous experience in a Nursing home setting is a plus

Experience:
- Caregiving: 3 years of experience (required), 2 years in facility atmosphere (Preferred)
Shift availability:
