Administrative Assistant to Project Manager

This position performs a variety of clerical, recordkeeping, and customer service tasks to assist with the smooth operation of the organization. Provides administrative and clerical support to an assigned location, department, and/or unit. Develops, maintains, and ensures com. Assists with budgetary matters, track department funds, and purchasing. Compiles reports and monitors assigned projects and/or program components.

Provides administrative and clerical support to an assigned location, department, and/or unit. Assists with budgetary matters, track department funds, and purchasing. In Person - Tampa, FL 33619
Schedule:
8 hour day shift - Monday to Friday
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* Monitoring project plans, permit submittals, organizing, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.
* Attend weekly job meetings with Project Manager and Sales Team
* Maintain an accurate project/permit database
* Monthly billing in AIA format
* Answers phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
* Perform other duties assigned by management.
Education/Qualifications:
* 2 years of permitting and AIA billing required
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
* Ability to work independently and identify and solve problems.
* Ability to organize and prioritize work.
* Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
Other Duties:
* Adheres to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
* Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
