Description

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Support:
    • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
    • Provide accurate and timely information about products, services, and policies.
    • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
  2. Issue Resolution:
    • Identify and troubleshoot issues customers face with products or services.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions and follow up to ensure resolution.
  3. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and support.
    • Record customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system accurately.
  4. Process Improvement:
    • Provide feedback to the team and management on recurring customer issues and trends.
    • Suggest and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience.
  5. Knowledge Management:
    • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies.
    • Assist in developing and maintaining support documentation and FAQs.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using computers, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
