Schedule/Availability:

Every weekend Saturday 10:00 am - Sunday 11:00 am

Pick 3 weekdays to be available from 7:30am-9:00pm

(35 hours per week)

Compensation: $19.50 per hour

*This position does require you to work with individuals who need help with personal cares, have behaviors, and last-minute schedule changes.

In this role you will be making a difference by:

Our employees serve individuals with a combination of high or low behaviors, high or low medical needs, and high or low functioning individuals in a variety of ways, which may include:

+ Providing oversight to the respite program on the weekends, leading staff and providing direction.

+ Supporting individuals with daily needs, goals, and activities

+ Working within several different programs (1:1 In-Home and Respite)

+ Assisting with personal cares as needed

+ Administering medications

+ Providing constant supervision

+ Transporting individuals to community events

To be considered for this position with us you must:

+ Be at least 18 years old

+ Possess a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and have daily access to a reliable vehicle

+ Hold an acceptable driving record

+ Possess strong English communication skills

+ Participate in water activities (pool, waterslides, hot tub, etc.)

+ Be able to pass a Department of Human Services background check

+ Professional or personal experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred

This full-time position offers a generous benefits package, including 50%-70% paid premiums for health and dental benefits, retirement matching, $30 monthly cell phone reimbursement, paid holidays, PTO, etc.
