Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

* Developing reports and composing, critiquing and editing correspondence, as well as interfacing at the highest level with officers/executive members of external companies and/or organizations regarding sensitive information.
* Creating and developing visual presentations for senior executives; organizing and prioritizing a large volume of incoming calls and calendar appointments.
* Maintaining confidential and non-routine information and acting as project manager for special projects pertaining to executive staff.
* Supporting Executive Leadership for all administrative needs. Scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements.
* This job requires Microsoft Office testing.

Job Qualifications

Education

* High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

* 5 years - Progressive administrative experience required

Skills\Certifications

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
* Must be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects
* Ability to solve problems via the analysis and interpretation of conducting research
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
