**The role** **you'll** **contribute:**

Plans, supervises, and is responsible for each shift's assigned workload. Ensures work is completed in a timely manner and in accordance with departmental policies and procedures. Responsible for the supervision of daily management of the implant program, and work as a backup.

**·** **Plans, supervises, and coordinates the daily activities of each shift.**

· **Coordinates the requisitioning, receipt, storage and distribution of supplies, instruments, and equipment.**

**·** **Plans and supervises orientation and performance improvement of staff members.**

**·** **Supervises in the management implant inventory.**

**·** **Assists the manager in administration of operational expenses.**

Qualifications

**The** **expertise** **and experiences** **you'll** **need to succeed** **:**

· High School diploma or equivalent upon hire

· Five (5) years' experience as Central Sterile Processing Technician upon hire

· Two years' experience in a lead capacity upon hire

· Experience in all areas of central supply upon hire

· Current Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) certificate upon hire
