We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CRM Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping our CRM initiatives.

Responsibilities:

STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP:
  • Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing customer lifecycle management and driving engagement.
  • Collaborate with senior management to define CRM objectives and develop comprehensive strategies aligned with company goals.

CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT:
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of CRM campaigns, from conceptualization to analysis.
  • Develop detailed campaign plans, including strategy formulation, requirement gathering, brief creation, optimization, execution, monitoring, reporting, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance metrics, customer feedback, and industry best practices.

TEST AND LEARN APPROACH:
  • Design and implement a rigorous test and learn strategy to optimize lifecycle campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other experiments to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

JOURNEY AUTOMATION:
  • Design and manage complex customer journeys, triggers, and automations using advanced CRM tools and technologies.
  • Personalize customer interactions by leveraging both static and dynamic content to deliver tailored experiences at scale.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION:
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Design, Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing, to ensure seamless integration of CRM initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between different departments to gather requirements, communicate project timelines, and coordinate deliverables.

Job Requirements

  • Possess 5-10 years of hands-on experience in CRM management, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns from conception to analysis.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role within CRM or related fields is preferred.

  • Project Management: Demonstrate exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability and Resilience: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and remain adaptable in the face of changing priorities and challenges.
  • Preferred Qualification: Experience in Deltek: Previous experience or familiarity with Deltek CRM software is a plus.
