Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent

Proficiency with network hardware and technology Equipment

Office 365 administration
•
Azure setup, config and administration
•
Proficiency with Microsoft operating systems

VMware design
•
Dell or equivalent Servers
•
SAN solution
Active Directory

Understanding of fundamental computer architecture, networking, virtualization, storage and
operating system concepts
•
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with flexibility, keeping others informed and
anticipating needs is essential
•
Must be efficient, well organized, and have excellent communication skills
•
Employee is required to sit, walk and stand for prolonged period of time (at least 8 hours)
•
Employee is required to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
•
Employee is required to operate standard office equipment such as computers, phones,
photocopiers, fax and filing cabinets

Responsibilities
•
The IT Infrastructure Manager supports the business in day to day operations, as well as facilitates
business changes
•
The primary responsibility of this position is to develop, maintain, and continuously improve and
support internal IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networks
•
IT Infrastructure Manager will be providing expert infrastructure oversight, ensuring successful
delivery and performance of IT services for the organization
•
Required to work onsite, this is not a remote position
•
Troubleshoot, support, design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN)
•
Troubleshoot, support and maintain switches, firewalls and all network equipment
•
Troubleshoot, support, configure and install software on servers
•
Monitor network and servers performance
•
Remediate all levels of support, act as escalation point
•
Maintain all NW and Server documentation
•
Maintain Vendor Support contracts
•
Cybersecurity liaison between organization and Cybersecurity Vendor(s)
•
Data backup and recovery
•
Research and identify the most appropriate options for the delivery infrastructure
•

Design the architecture of the required infrastructure solution
•
Manage the deployment, maintenance and upgrade paths of the infrastructure
•
Identify, deploy and maintain appropriate connectivity options
•
Maintain and test Business Continuity plans and systems
•
Contribute to the overall quality of service delivered to internal users and clients
•
Support the Application Support team in dealing with critical incidents
•
Assists as needed with any IT related projects
•

Contribute to the roadmap for the development of the infrastructure that is appropriate for the
current needs as well as future scalability

Participates in interviewing, hiring, development and retention of high-quality staff

affiliated agencies, contactors and vendors and other valued stakeholders
