Tasks

As the Office Agent you will perform the following duties:

* Documentary Acceptances
* Shipment Data Capture
* Prioritization of Export Build-up and Import Breakdown
* Preparation of Export and Import documentation (Manifest, AWBs)
* Handling of irregularities (MSCA, MSAW, FDCA, damages)
* Preparation NOTOC
* Close out flight
* Handling of irregularities (MSCA, MSAW, FDCA, damages)
* Customer contact (Notify customer)
* Hand over AWB and Docs to customer
* Debit charges
* Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need to have a combination of the below requirements:

* High school diploma/GED or equivalent desirable
* 1 year of experience desirable
* Fluency in English required
* Qualification according to CHM / GOM
* MS Office skills as user
* Strong detail oriented
* Strong communication skills
* Good problem solving
* Strong safety and security
* Strong ability to work under pressure
* Good adaptability
* Excellent reliability
* Strong responsibility
* Excellent teamwork
* Constant time pressure
* High stress levels
* Must be willing to work shifts
