Responsibilities:
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with insurance customers, as needed.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate insurance customers about insurance options.
  • Develop insurance leads, schedule insurance appointments, identify insurance customer needs, and market appropriate insurance products and services.
  • Develop new prospective customers to quote, sell and service State Farm Insurance products

The starting compensation for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, insurance licenses and certifications. Depending on your skills and ability, the comp may include various ability for incentive bonus earnings based on ability to close and production.

  • Current or recent insurance agency experience in a sales and/or service/retention role preferred
  • Illinois Insurance Producers Licenses are required or the ability to acquire insurance licenses prior to office training
This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents employees are not employees of State Farm.
