As an Operations Technician, you will perform tasks and duties related to the preparation and setup for the coating of aerospace products, while maintaining a high standard of safety and quality. Responsibilities

* Operate equipment including but not limited to grit blaster, waterjet, and degreaser according to training, process documents, and 5S standards
* Prepare parts for aerospace coatings
* Attention to detail is required to ensure that aerospace quality standards are maintained
* Adhere to safety expectations, and recognize and report any unsafe practices or work conditions
* Regular and predictable attendance is a requirement and essential function of all positions
* Assist maintenance in the troubleshooting and correction of equipment malfunctions or repairs, and reporting any faults to management and maintenance
* Complete all required documentation, tracking, and required signoffs
* Visually inspect parts and report concerns to management
* Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED required
* Manufacturing experience is a plus
* Must be able to read, comprehend and understand work instructions as well as technical specifications
* Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
* Capable of lifting up to 40lbs
* Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, hand and finger manipulation, occasional stooping, crouching, and climbing
