Administrative Assistant/ Logistics Coordinator

Job Title: Administrative Assistant/ Logistics CoordinatorResponsibilities
+ Provide administrative support to the Sales Team regarding all logistics from order through delivery.
+ Communicate via phone and email with customers, warehouse personnel, freight carriers, and all involved parties, ensuring excellent customer service.
+ Receive orders and enter them in the accounting software.
+ Notify the warehouse of orders and confirm with customers.
+ Select appropriate carriers for deliveries and manage scheduling.
+ Serve as a backup for general administrative duties such as printing Bills of Lading (BOLs), invoicing, creating shipping labels, matching inventory reports, filing, and other tasks as needed.
Qualifications
+ Customer Service and Administrative experience required
+ Good communication skills, especially written, as most communication is via email
+ Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Work Environment
+ This position is fully on-site, Monday to Friday, with core hours being a standard 8-hour shift. The business-casual office environment allows jeans.
