Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Clerk to join our team in Orlando, FL. The Administrative Clerk will perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support the daily operations of our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries in a professional manner.
- Greet visitors and clients, providing a welcoming and positive experience.
- Maintain and update electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports as needed.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls, and manage office calendars.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and sending packages.
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring the office is well-stocked at all times.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
