Call Center Representative
Onsite – Fort Worth, TX
Learn how healthcare should be delivered – help people – build a career – no healthcare experience required. Through an innovative approach and patient-centered care, we are revolutionizing the field of healthcare by providing patients with access to TMS treatment. We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist for our Fort Worth, TX office. Your primary responsibility will be taking inbound calls and connecting our patients to life-saving treatments.
Trigger Warning: Working with suicidal patients, listening to trauma from PTSD patients, and having a responsibility to support these patients may be triggering for some people.

Responsibilities
Connecting with patients via phone
Help solve problems and educate patients about TMS and Ketamine
Coordinate with clinics for patient care
Other relevant duties as needed.
Qualifications
High School Diploma/ GED.
Strong customer service mindset.
Previous experience in customer service required
Excellent verbal and written communication, and basic math skills.
Well-versed in de-escalation skills and ability to connect with individuals.
