Job Summary and Qualifications
Primary responsibility will be to deliver at Hospital campus and inside Hospital locations. This includes the safe loading, delivery, and pick-up of various items. The position is responsible for representing ROi in a professional manner by providing the safe and secure delivery of supplies to/from ROi customers. All work should be performed consistent with the goals of the ROi customer community being served, the philosophy of the ROi, the Code of Professional and Business Ethics and the Employee Code of Conduct. Performs related duties as assigned in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and the Service Standards
Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for pick-up and delivery of all items required at the time of service. All packages with tracking labels must be scanned by the ROi designated tracking system to the department or next step in the delivery process.
* Responsible for utilizing daily equipment in a safe & damage free manner, (scanning hand held, carts, two-wheeler, etc. When required, equipment should be logged in and out daily.
* Conducts daily check in staging area for product that needs to go out for delivery that day. Per specifications provided by ROi Transportation Leadership, the courier may be required to inspect product before delivery. All product must be delivered same day.
* Responsible for all paperwork assigned when required. Some examples are Rx paperwork related to deliveries.
Position Requirements
* Preferred: High School Diploma or equivalent GED
* Preferred: One to five years of supply delivery experience beneficial
Licensure Requirements
* Required-Missouri Pharmacy Technician Registration, must be obtained within 90 days of hire
