* Provide direct leadership and supervision for hourly maintenance technicians.
* Provide leadership and constructive feedback for all direct reports including mentoring, coaching, counseling, and corrective action, when situations dictate.
* Provide technical knowledge of robotic welding stamping/assembly, and mechanical press manufacturing.
* Promote a leadership style that encourages positive morals, ensures team concepts, and expands Maintenance Technicians knowledge while continuously maintaining production goals.
* Responsible for maintaining maximum levels of utilization and efficiency of capital equipment on the shift.
* Provide key input into the development of the department's strategic business plan along with identifying and tracking key measurables to support the business plan goals.
* This is a salaried role reporting to the Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Technicians report to Maintenance Supervisor.

Required experience:

* HS Diploma/GED required. Associate or higher degree preferred.
* 2+ years as a Maintenance Supervisor; consideration for 3+ years as Team Lead of Maintenance Technicians in a robotic manufacturing environment.
* Technical knowledge of robotic welding assembly and mechanical press; compressor and/or chiller experience a plus in an automotive manufacturing.
* Demonstrate experience with electrical troubleshooting in manufacturing, any PLC knowledge a plus.
* Leadership skills to coach Maintenance Team toward career development.
* Excellent organizational, analytical, team building, and verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficient computer skills with MS Excel and Maintenance Systems (QMS).
