Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform repairs, construction projects, and equipment servicing in line with manufacturer guidelines and facility policies, under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor
  • Ensure that all equipment and utilities are functioning properly and that the facility grounds are well-maintained
  • Carry out preventative maintenance tasks as assigned, including monitoring facility logs such as water temperature, call lights, generator, and fire alarms

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to respond to emergencies and be available for on-call duties
  • Strong understanding of State Rules and Regulations
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Excellent attendance record
