Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Maintenance Team: Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance personnel to ensure the effective maintenance of production equipment.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of production equipment.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with Ford's quality and safety standards.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to maintenance personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with production personnel, maintenance personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field; 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
