NaphCare has a partnership with NetCE that provides CEU/CME for our staff. NetCE uses a rigorous peer review process to ensure that all activities and content are up-to-date. This service streamlines continuing education for all NaphCare Employees to meet state specific requirements for maintaining licensing.

Position Description:

* providing supervision of nursing and support staff on assigned shifts
* providing direct and indirect nursing care to patients
* Bachelor's degree or RN with two years experience preferred
* Must hold valid RN license in Arizona
* Must show current tuberculosis documentation and active CPR certification
* Prior experience providing nursing care, working with a high degree of autonomy required
* Prior experience in supervising nursing staff preferred
* Experience working in a correctional environment preferred
* Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
