We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Director to lead our clinical operations team at Enhabit Home Health & Hospice. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of field staff and reporting directly to the Agency Administrator.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be organized, detail-oriented, and possess effective communication skills both orally and in writing. You will also need to understand the issues related to the delivery of home health care services and be able to problem solve.
Responsibilities- Supervise the clinical operations of a team of field staff
- Report directly to the Agency Administrator
- Ensure effective communication with team members and stakeholders
- Problem solve and address issues related to home health care services
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state in which the position is based
- Previous home health experience
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing
- Minimum of one-year nursing experience within the last 36 months
- Previous management/supervisory experience preferred
