Program Services Clinical Coordinator - Early Intervention Program

Annual Salary: $45,900 (overtime-eligible)

Everybody needs a job but only extraordinary people work here. Our team is creative and dedicated to making a difference every day in the lives of the people we serve. This program works with children in the age range of either 0 (infant) to 3 (toddler) years, or with ages 4 to 21 years, who have been diagnosed with an intellectual or developmental disability.

* Coordinate the development, review, and implementation of services, case management, behavior intervention plans, and treatments provided to individuals served.
* Oversee all services provided to individuals and their families, monitor quality of care delivered, ensure compliance with contractual terms, and monitor regulatory program compliance.
* Assist in the development of quality services and engaging activities that meet the individual served needs.
* Build and maintain relationships with families and external case managers.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in human services or related field.
* One year of work-related experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, brain injury, youth placed at-risk, etc. preferred.
* Valid CA Driver's license; also must have been a licensed driver for at least one year (in any US state)
* Reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance
* Self-motivated and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task and ability to exercise sound judgment and independently problem-solve.
* Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to build rapport with a team.
* Availability to be on-call in the evenings and on weekends as needed
