Advantage Resourcing is currently seeking a Finance Manager with strong analytical prowess and strategic acumen to join our team in Lafayette, LA.

This is a direct hire position offering a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year.

As the Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and optimizing financial performance. Responsibilities include overseeing all accounting and control functions, such as revenue and expense reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and monthly financial reporting requirements.

Responsibilities:

* Compile accurate and timely new and rebid proformas.
* Prepare and analyze monthly management reports.
* Offer financial guidance to regional operating units on revenue and profitability goals.
* Enhance financial status by analyzing budgets, and forecasts, monitoring variances, identifying trends, and creating "what if" scenarios.
* Complete various financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, and manage their preparation and distribution.
* Maintain inventory and cost control procedures.
* Conduct reconciliation and analysis for balance sheet accounts.
* Analyze financial results for internal and external use.
* Design and create reports, spreadsheets, and databases to organize and present data effectively.
* Undertake related duties and special projects as assigned.

Preferred qualifications for the Finance Manager position include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from a four-year College or University, with a CPA certification required. Prior accounting experience in facility management, dining and catering, oil and gas, manufacturing, or hotel/conference center operations is preferred. Proficiency in preparing financial statements, key metric reports, budgets, forecasts, and analyses is essential. Strong communication skills, experience with SAP and Microsoft Office, excellent organization, and adherence to ethical standards are also desired.
