**Job Description:**
PrideStaff is currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our team in Dayton, NV. As a Lab Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting our research and development efforts by conducting various laboratory tests, experiments, and analyses to ensure product quality and process efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Conduct laboratory tests and experiments according to established procedures and protocols.
2. Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment, instruments, and supplies for experiments and analyses.
3. Perform sample preparation, including weighing, mixing, and diluting samples as required.
4. Analyze and interpret test results using various techniques and instrumentation, including microscopy, chromatography, and spectrophotometry.
5. Record and document experimental procedures, observations, and results accurately and comprehensively.
6. Assist in the development and optimization of laboratory procedures and protocols to improve efficiency and accuracy.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research scientists, engineers, and production personnel, to support product development and troubleshooting efforts.
8. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

**Qualifications:**
1. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field preferred but not required
2. Previous experience working in a laboratory setting, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
4. Proficiency in laboratory techniques and instrumentation.
5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Familiarity with quality control processes and standards is a plus.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $20.00 Per Hour
