Esse Health is currently seeking a full-time Billing Supervisor/Manager to be based out of our Central Business Office in Creve Coeur, MO.

This position will be a combination of remote and in-office work. A typical schedule will be two days in-office and three days working from home (after an initial in-office training period). Requires a local candidate.

The Billing Supervisor will coordinate and provide hands-on supervision of daily activities and workflows for the Insurance Billing and Posting areas.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree preferred or relative experience in a Revenue Cycle support supervisory position
* Experience and exposure working in Revenue Cycle with insurance follow-up, payment posting, customer service, and refunds on the physician side is preferred
* Ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate)
* Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities
* Experience in electronic practice management system - NextGen a plus
* Ability to maintain composure in demanding situations
* Ability to function and supervise in a team environment
