Certified Nurse's Assistant (CNA) - Adult Day Health

Sevita is excited to announce we are currently hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Adult Day Health team. We are looking for a reliable person who is a self-starter who has a strong background in organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

* Monitor the health conditions of individuals served and ensure quality services are provided
* Help maintain safe and quality supports for individuals served
* Assist with off-site appointments and medical record management
* Obtain vitals of individuals served and submit into our database
* Copy and scan documents and assist with organizing / filing charts
* Order medical supplies when necessary

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or GED
* Current Certified Nurse Assistant CPR/First Aid certification
* You will make a difference every day and help to provide quality of life enhancing services to the individuals we serve
