Certified Nurse's Assistant (CNA) - Adult Day Health

Location: Rainbow Gardens Adult Day Care Center

* Bilingual required (English /Russian speaking)

* Monday - Friday Schedule

* Day Shift / Full time 40 Hours

* No Weekends, No Evening, No On-Call

Sevita is excited to announce we are currently hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Adult Day Health team. We are looking for a reliable person who is a self-starter who has a strong background in organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the health conditions of individuals served and ensure quality services are provided
  • Help maintain safe and quality supports for individuals served
  • Assist with off-site appointments and medical record management
  • Obtain vitals of individuals served and submit into our database
  • Copy and scan documents and assist with organizing / filing charts
  • Order medical supplies when necessary
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Current Certified Nurse Assistant CPR/First Aid certification
  • You will make a difference every day and help to provide quality of life enhancing services to the individuals we serve
