Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team at All Day Medical Care Clinic. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based therapies to help patients overcome a range of mental health and behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address mental health issues.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to treat patients.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to clients with mental health issues, both in-person and through telehealth.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and progress notes to ensure seamless communication with other healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as an LCPC, LCPC-C, LCSW, LCSW-C, or LGPC in the state of Maryland.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral therapy in a clinical setting.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapies and treatment approaches.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
