Responsibilities

* Manage calendar for designated officers including meetings, travel, professional commitments, and related preparation.


* Build relationships and facilitate communication with all necessary areas of the bank.


* Plan and manage events and meetings.


* Draft correspondence and presentation materials.


* Support and assist with extensive documentation flow among designated officers.


* Partner with the brand team to maintain the Texas Capital Bank Merchandise store.


* Research and resolve client issues, if needed.


* Review and process invoices and expenses.


* Maintain appropriate records, files, and documentation.


* Order and maintain supplies.


* Provide backup to other team members as needed, specifically scheduling of videography and photography team.


* Provide phone coverage for executives and main phone line.


* Support and manage special projects as needed.



Qualifications

* Minimum of 5 years executive-level administrative experience or related experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.


* Previous Banking experience preferred.


* Exceptional calendar and time management skills.


* Prior experience planning events, meetings, and conferences.


* Proven ability to develop relationships with employees, clients, business partners and their assistants.


* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally - both verbally and written.


* Ability to attend events and work on projects after hours, as needed.


* Well organized and detail oriented to handle diverse and concurrent assignments.


* Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.


* Must exhibit a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.


* Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.


* Experience with Salesforce preferred.
