Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with their insurance inquiries, policy management, and claims support. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and ensuring that each customer’s experience with State Farm is efficient, accurate, and positive.
 
 
Key Responsibilities:

   •       Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance policies, claims, and account management via phone, email, and chat.

   •       Provide accurate information about State Farm products and services.

   •       Assist customers with claims filing and processing, ensuring they understand the steps and next actions.

   •       Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

   •       Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.

   •       Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

   •       Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide the best service possible.
            
   •          Collaborate with internal teams and resources to meet customer needs and enhance their experience 
QUALIFICATIONS:

   •       High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.


   •       Previous customer service experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.


   •       Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.


   •       Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.


   •       Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software systems quickly.


   •       Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask.


   •       A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and a passion for helping others.
