Workplace Services Coordinator

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Process daily mail by receiving, picking up, sorting, distributing mail to employees, preparing and delivering packages in a timely manner
* Coordinate end-to-end pickup with courier services, UPS, USPS, FedEx etc.
* Assist employees as needed with office moves and relocations; move furniture and equipment as needed
* Monitor and manage work order requests for the department and ensure coordination and repairs with third party vendors
* Serve as backup and support to the receptionist function including answering phones, greeting visitors, checking in vendors and interacting with corporate employees
* Conduct regular walk-throughs to ensure the office is clean and organized, while looking for any safety or housekeeping issues
* Replenish and inventory breakroom supplies throughout the day to ensure they are fully stocked at all times
* Stock, organize and maintain print areas
* Monitor and maintain conference rooms to ensure cleanliness at all times, including all marker boards
* Ensure all conference room setup requests are completed in a timely manner
* Manage onsite excess storage and coordinate with third party storage facility
* Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
* Good written and verbal communication skills, and ability to interface with employees at all levels
* Must have a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
* Must be proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office software modules, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and others
* Must work with a minimum of supervision and be able to manage their time when given multiple tasks
* Available to work overtime during the workweek and on weekends when needed
* Regular and reliable attendance
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
* Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds
* Ability to climb stairs
* Ability to move furniture and equipment as needed
