What to expect:

The Senior Manager, Maintenance and Reliability Systems is part of the corporate Operational Excellence team and will work cross-functionally with a variety of Division personnel, corporate functions, and external vendors. This position will lead the continued development and optimization of Martin Marietta's maintenance processes, systems, and related solutions. This individual will be a subject matter expert on the JDE maintenance module and related processes and systems, ensuring alignment with requirements from field operations and overall program efficiency.

The position will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and system enhancements, leading decision analysis, improving data and system automation, correctly mapping/configuring master data, and ensuring preventative maintenance is structured and accurate. The Senior Manager, Maintenance and Reliability Systems will work to seamlessly integrate the Company's maintenance and related systems with operations, finance, and supply chain. The position will also develop appropriate KPIs and assist with end-user training and other projects as required.

A typical day for a Senior Manager, Maintenance and Reliability Systems may include:

* Leading and developing the maintenance systems team and strategic roadmap
* Overseeing JDE master data integrity including Fixed Assets, Equipment, Bills of Material, Preventative Maintenance, Job Plans and the proper mapping, configuration, and completion of data
* Identifying key gaps/pain points/opportunities in maintenance processes and systems and leading projects to drive improvement and significantly enhance the preventative maintenance structure and functionality
* Working with the extended team to prioritize, design and implement process and system enhancements, specifically as they relate to data capture, automation, efficiency, and user experience
* Leading the creation of procedures, standards and work instructions related to maintenance processes and systems
* Developing, implementing, and monitoring KPIs to understand performance and drive compliance with all related maintenance processes and procedures
* Performing all activities in accordance with the Company's Mission, Vision, and Values, and in compliance with the Company's policies, procedures, and Code of Ethical Business Conduct

You may be a good fit if you have this experience:

* Hold an Undergraduate degree in STEM, manufacturing, finance, or other relevant technical field (required) and an MBA or master's degree (preferred)
* Have 10+ years' experience (aggregates or related industry)
* Have background working with the design and implementation of effective maintenance systems (CMMS and/or ERP) and how they are configured to improve asset performance, reliability and availability
* Have excellent project management, organizational, analytical skills, and solid understanding of process improvement fundamentals
* Have strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to work on, influence and energize cross-functional, multi-cultural teams
* Have the aptitude in core MS Office applications (e.g. Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, etc.)
* Have the ability to travel 30% of the time
