JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Title: Billing Representative
Department: Accounting
Location: Greeley, CO
Reports to: Billing Supervisor
Primary Responsibilities:
* Processing incoming paperwork from drivers.
* Preparing invoices for customers.
* Follow up with other departments regarding final billing details.
* Filing of delivery paperwork for retention.
* Additional tasks may be assigned.
Qualifications:
* Must have working knowledge and understanding of computers.
* Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written.
* Needs to be creative and willing to change as circumstances dictate. Work well under pressure.
* Capable of effectively prioritizing to meet deadlines.
* Must have good working relationship with drivers, be a team player, dependable, reliable.
* Need to have a strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
* TMW knowledge is beneficial.
* Excel knowledge is beneficial.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
* Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
* Better Futures Program: 2 Year Community College tuition paid for you or your dependents;
* Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
* 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
* Base salary range of $20 per hour
