We are looking for an outgoing, energetic person who loves meeting new people while working in dynamic environments and holding a non-traditional work schedule. Here's what a typical day looks like:

As a Door-to-Door Residential Sales Representative at ALLO, your primary responsibilities will include:

Hitting the Streets: You'll be going door to door in assigned neighborhoods, local events, and assisting in covering our Storefronts as needed, introducing residents to our state-of-the-art fiber optic services.

Building Rapport: Engage with potential customers, listen to and discover their needs, and explain how our services can better meet those needs than any other provider in the market.

Demonstrating Value: Use your training and tools provided by ALLO to provide clear and compelling demonstrations of our product's benefits to bring exceptional service and value to our customers.

Close sales: Have great conversations with prospective customers to close sales on the spot. Celebrate each win and use it as motivation to keep going

Following Up: Ensure customer satisfaction by following up with customers and our Ops Teams to address any questions or concerns. This helps build long-term relationships and exceptional, local service.

Provide Feedback: As a critical part of our Team, you'll also provide our marketing team with competitive insights based on what you've learned while working in the field.

Travel: As a Residential Sales Representative for ALLO, you could be traveling between markets, but don't worry, we pay for everything and give plenty of notice. Travel up to 50% outside of your home market, with some overnights required.
