Student Support and Cafeteria Aide at Founders' Campus Upper Elementary 4-6

Status: Part-Time, Non-Exempt

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m.-12:45 p.m.

Reporting To: Upper Elementary 4-6 Principal

Start Date: August 14, 2024

Job Responsibilities

Student Support Aide: 8:00-11:00 a.m.

* Assist student support services in overseeing students in classes and in test and homework completion
* Create and implement student accommodation plans within curriculum domains
* Establish positive rapport with students and staff
* Engage as a member of a collaborative team to promote student learning
* Other duties as assigned

Cafeteria Aide: 11:00 a.m.-12:45 p.m.

* Supervise Grade 4-6 students during their lunch period.
* Ensure that students are following rules and procedures
* Communicate with teachers and parents when issues arise

Qualifications

* 4 Year College Degree or working toward one
* Experience working with children
* Friendly and flexible demeanor
* Ability to hold students accountable to CHCA standards of behavior
* Comfortable working in a multi-denominational Christian community
* Able to integrate faith and learning
