Executive Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant for our customer, County Materials located in Marathon City, WI.

Job Duties
* Provides administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications.
* Maintains comprehensive and accurate corporate records, documents, and reports.
* Performs minor accounting and bookkeeping duties.
* Provides calendar management support; organizes meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering, when necessary.
* Answers incoming phone calls politely and professionally and accurately transcribes messages.
* Coordinates travel arrangements (both domestic and international) and creates trip itineraries.
* Uses various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software to prepare reports and/or special projects.

Experience & Qualifications
* 2-3 years of administrative assistant experience
* Poised under pressure, is professional, and maintains strict confidentiality
* Ability to evaluate communications and escalate relevant information to executives as needed
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
* Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Time management and ability to meet deadlines
* Problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Skilled in the use of standard office equipment (e.g., copiers, business telephone systems, projectors, fax machines).
* Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
