Palm Coast OB/GYN is a small, but growing, practice in beautiful Palm Coast, FL. We have a high standard for our work and have an absolute commitment to excellence in the way we treat our patients and the care we provide.

We're looking for a part-time medical receptionist / front desk receptionist who is a professional, detail-oriented, people person. As a medical receptionist, you'll be expected to communicate with patients over the phone and computer, provide general clerical and administrative support and provide a premium customer service experience.

  • Communicating with patients includes things like answering the telephone, taking and relaying messages and scheduling appointments.
  • Providing general clerical and administrative support includes things like preparing letters and documents, receiving and sorting deliveries and tidying up the reception area (including disinfection).
  • Providing a premium customer service experience includes things like greeting people who enter the office with a big smile, offering people who enter the office a drink / snack, and directing people to the correct destination.

Requirements

Comfortable with COVID-19 precautionary measures (i.e., wearing masks, etc). (Required)

Applicant must be comfortable with using computers and phones. (Required)

Experience with providing premium customer service. (Preferred but not required)

Experience with electronic medical records (i.e., AthenaNet). (Preferred but not required)
