What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be

* Be responsible for answering phones.
* Assisting season ticket holders with renewing, purchasing or accessing their tickets.
* Assist fans in purchasing tickets and accessing their tickets.
* Answering questions for any general fans calling in.
* Assisting ticket managers in checking voicemails and e-mails.
* Assisting ticket managers in opening/closing duties.
* Assist ticket managers with any daily tasks.

What You Should Know

* This position works fully onsite in the various CU Boulder venues.
* This is a temporary position.
* Schedules vary depending on the event schedule and need, and will be between 20 and 40 hours per week.
* Some weekends and holidays will be necessary.

What We Can Offer

* The hourly rate for this temporary position is $18.00 per hour.

Benefits

Temporary positions at the University of Colorado are not benefits-eligible, however, all positions are eligible for paid sick leave.

What We Require

* 6 months of customer service experience.

What You Will Need

* Ability to report promptly to assigned shifts.
* Ability to make decisions based on situational circumstances.
* Works well with people in a team and in a service position.

What We Would Like You to Have

* Desire to have a career in sports and/or working towards a sports related degree.
* Previous experience with collegiate Athletic.
* Customer service experience in an athletic environment.
