Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

- Event and meeting management for the President

- Organizing domestic and international (based on restrictions) travel arrangements

- Production of reports, spreadsheets and presentations

- Team support with general secretarial, typing and telephone support to the division particularly in overflow situations

Executive Assistant Qualifications:

- 3-5 years EA or heavy Admin experience

- Intermediate to Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint

- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask
